i am still stuck in ivr section
actually i couldn’t find any IVR software through which i could receive user input(DTMF) to enter it to my SQL Server database

look at the asterisk database
look at the db structure in swara ivr
and you will see that there is a section on analytics
that is trapping the key strokes

hmmm…12.04 has troubles with USB as I recall
so I will recommend investing the time to download 11.10
